James Hardie was a really interesting client to work on, it’s the first time they’ve advertised in Australia in over 20’s years since its complicated history. We were briefed to create a brand spot that targets design-oriented and savvy women, whose biggest hobby is making her home a personal yet functional space. We wanted our audience to consider the exterior of their home in a build or renovation, after all, it’s what greets you every day and what protects what’s inside: you and your family.

When we’re renovating or building our dream home, it can mean a few difficult decisions along the way. This can leave us to settle for something different or agree to things that push us further away from our dream home. In this idea, we empower female homeowners to own those difficult decisions because this is their home, their dream.
